  • B- Cafe mocha from Starbucks ( I was running super late this morning to work, I think I woke up 20 minutes before I had to leave).
    S- Apple
    L- SPicy Tuna sushi
    D- Black bean and quinoa wrap

    E- I'm going to step it up today and do a 5 mile run instead of 3 or 4 mile. Hope it goes well.

    B:  egg + egg white, oat bran toast with raspberry preserves, small cup black coffee
    S:  sm. banana and 1 TBSP PB
    L:  Healthy Choice Parm Pasta with Rosemary Ckn; 1 cup. watermelon; mocha almonds
    S:  cara cara orange, maybe a cheese stick
    D:  steak and veggie rolls (LINK), asparagus/white bean/tomato (warm) salad (LINK); dessert will be fresh fruit.

    If I can make it through they day without eating my weight in crappy food, it will be a miracle.  I am so tired and a bit of a GROUCH.  HMPF, MONDAY.  GO AWAY.

    ETA E:  not sure;  after work I have to run by the store, pick up some groceries, come home and make arroz con pollo for the neighbor (just got home from the hospital), and then cook our dinner.  I need to work in the veggie garden before some storms roll in, so I'll do that and then maybe some JM yoga depending on the time.

    Staring a new round of p90x today. I will be trying to follow their recommended macos for the first month, so a lot more protein than I'm used to. Also, I'm going to eat the same thing every day this week, with slight variations on the turkey burger and sweet potato preparation.

    B: 1 egg + 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup fat free cheddar, 1/3 cup diced chicken breast, 1/2 cup spinach scrambled together, 3 strawberries, coffee (306 cal)
    S: 1oz almonds, 2 prunes (216 cal)
    L: Chicken-egg-avocado salad on sandwich thin, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 medium carrot, 3 strawberries (444 cal)
    S: 6oz plain greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon honey, medium apple (227 cal)
    D: 4oz extra lean ground turkey (made into a "burger" of sorts), 100g sweet potato, 1 cup asparagus (227 cal)
    S: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1oz raspberries (196 cal)

    E: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X (695 cal)
