RSVP online help!!!

We are sending out paper invitations, and asking the guests to RSVP thru our wedding website. But I am confused about how to ask them to do. If I am inviting a family of 4 and address the invatation to the family, will they RSVP for each person individually? I feel like that's a lot to get someone to do?

    Could you just ask them to indicate the number attending in their party?

    Which website are you going through? I have had to RSVP online for three weddings within the past two months and each person used a different site but they all had the same option.

    I had to type in one of the guests' names and when I typed that in, it brought up all the other names listed with that invitation. So if I typed in my name, H's name also came up. Then I had to click accept or decline for each individual person in that party. This is the route I would go. I did not use RSVP online for our wedding, so I don't know how to set it up, but I'm sure most wedding websites would give you this option.

    Are you having ONLY an online RSVP option?  What about guests who are not computer savvy? 
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
