wednesday accountability

rdr, where are you this morning?! 

B:  oat bran toast with raspberry preserves, egg + egg white, 1/2 c. watermelon
S:  sm. banana with PB
L:  1 c. broc/bacon salad, lemon rosemary garlic chicken, 1/2 c. broc and orzo, grilled veggies
S:  1 c. fruit salad
D:  crockpot asian pork ribs, jasmine rice, roasted broccoli, 1/2 c. cantaloupe

E:  something quick, maybe 30DS?

  • B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with strawberries
    L-tofu and broccoli
    S- apple
    D- not sure going out to dinner with a friend probably a veggie burger may be a beer
    S-not sure may be just some crackers

    E- I may not have time for anything hopefully some abs work out though

    I've been eating horribly and not even working out. I'm not to happy with myself.  I don't see it improving until we are moved into the new place either.... sigh.....

    I was writing out big fat checks to some of my vendors and going over payment deadlines for the rest. BLEH! 

    B: Banana (121), oatmeal (120)
    L: Leftover crockpot chicken stuff (293)
    D: Dinner with FI, Aud, and B tonight! Calories don't count! 

    Total without dinner/drinks: 534

    L: lean cuisine
    D: leftover chicken chili

    I will adjust accordingly.  My eyes aren't awake yet.

  • I weighed myself yesterday and I'm officially 3 lbs down from my weight at the beginning of March! I'm very excited and I pray that I can keep it off and maybe shed a few more. If I can loose 3 more I will be at my weight from when I graduated college (pre-full time desk job weight).

    B- Coffee and banana
    S- Apple
    L- turkey wrap
    D- Leftover chicken

    E- 3 mile run and yoga at the gym

    L: not sure, going out to eat
    D: chili (300c)

    E: Need to run 3 mi after work (+371c)

    T = 585 - 371 = 214... so I have 1,100 calories to play w/ between lunch and an afternoon snack.

    ETA: I'm so freaking jealous, rdr. Have fun!!
