Changing name at DMV in NJ

Hi ladies - so I recently got married (yay!) and changed my name at social security. My natural next step is to change it at the DMV, but I cannot, for the life of me, find the correct forms to fill out for that. Usually, I can find all the forms I need online, but I'm at a loss.

Any advice, stories, links, forms you guys can share to help me?

    I just went to the DMV and they gave me the one form I needed to fill out there.  It's actually a fairly quick process, as long as you have all the proper paperwork, esp your marriage certificate.

    I went to the DMV and they gave me the forms. Make sure you have your 6 points of ID with you. Also be prepared for a mug shot photo because NJ is now a no smile state.

    Go to MVC with your marriage license (with raised seal) and your 6 points. They will give you the form to complete there. Easy peasy! :)

    When you went there, did the one form cover your registration and car title too, or was it just for the license?

    <div>I asked the rep at DMV if I could keep my photo from my old license that I renewed a couple months before my wedding (where I was smiling) and she let me.  I did get the feeling that she let me slide with it though.  :D</div>
