Hi! My future SIL is getting married on Friday, May 3rd. I will be doing her makeup but we are in desperate need of a reasonably priced hair person that could also do a trial run before the wedding. They are on a fairly tight budget so I'm not sure what reasonable is ;-) but I'll take any and all suggestions. TIA!!
