There are tons of all inclusive resorts, which is differrent than a package that is "all inclusive" (hotel, air, transfers). You can literally scroll down the first page or two of this board and see all kinds of all inclusive vacations/honeymoons. What time of year do you want to travel? budget? Any travel agent (online or a person) can arrange a trip for you that includes a hotel and airfare.

  • the end of august will be when we go on the honeymoon and for that our budget is abt 1200.
  • Your best bet will be Jamaica or Cancun/Riviera Maya. If you can get a good deal on airfare, definitely consider the Dominican Republic. I recommend working with a travel agent to find something that best suits your needs, though be aware that your budget will be limiting as most of it would be taken up by airfare. Checkout cheapcaribbean.com or applevacations.com.

  • We stayed for a week at the Excellence resort in the Dominican Rupubilc at the end of August.  It cost us $2200 for flights and the all-inclusive resort.  However, we flew out of Wisconsin, and if you are flying out of Atlanta, your flights will likely be much cheaper.  It still might be a tad over budget, but it's worth looking into.
  • Does the $1200 include airfare for the two of you plus the hotel?  If so, I don't think you're going to find anything.

You can definitely find an all-inclusive deal with flights included! I'm not familiar with your area, but all you would need to do is get in touch with a local travel agency, and they would definitely be able to set you up! I've booked a couple different vacations with different travel agencies, that have included flights, and they worked out great! When you do go in, just let them know what you can afford, and they'll search destinations within your budget. :) Is the $1200 budget for both you & your fiance? ($600 each, or $1200 each)? If it's $1200 each, you'll have no problem finding something. If it's $600 each, you may find more difficulty, but it's definitely not impossible! A great company & website that I've dealt with is selloffvacations.com. You can enter in everything you want, and it will give you pricing on all different destinations. As well, you can check-in daily to see if the prices have dropped!

Good luck booking your honeymoon! :)
  • thank you so much for the input!

    Hello all!

My fiance and I have been going crazy--(ok well more like me) trying to find a honeymoon package that meets our needs. We want a package that is all inclusive: activities, meals, and airfare. Ive been working with several travel agents and each have quoted me for around $7,858 for tahiti and $7,700 for fiji. We were also thinking about Hawaii but the only problem is that there are no "all inclusive packages," and for what we were quoted ($6,600) for two including airfare, and traveling to three different islands, we would end up paying the same, if not more than we would in tahiti and fiji, when we pay for things like food and activities. Please, someone help :( I am about to give up and tell my fiance to go to vegas and thats it!
