So after a lot of hunting online I finally found and ordered my invites!
I searched so many websites and thought I'd found the perfect invite on magnetstreet. I ordered just one and turns out the quality of the pocket wasn't what I was looking for. I ended up going back through the vistaprint invites and ordered the growing love design in purple. I can't wait to see them! I'm also thinking it worked out because the magnetstreet pocket invites would've been about $500 and with living social deals I spent $150 and will save on postage for these invites!

yay!
Re: invites are ordered!
[QUOTE]Congrats! That is awesome. The invitations were something that I ordered countless samples of. I despised the fact that I was getting up to the 400-500 dollar mark on these. I ended up going with a 3 in 1 invitation from Invitations by Dawn. They are perforated, and I mean pretty simple to say the least, but cost me $195 for 150 invites and I got the envelopes pearl lined too, to make them look a little nicer. For 98% of my guests to throw them in the trash, we were pretty happy about it.

Mine are seperate-and-send too, I got them from Anna's Bridal Bargains, aren't they fantastic?

This is what I was worried about too! I debated back and forth and while the ones I ordered aren't as fancy as some invitation suites, I'd rather spend the money elsewhere!

I really like them. I almost went with the seal and send invites, but didn't like how all of the samples I ordered the folds were on the lines of some of the wording. I also didn't like the postcard type RSVP card. I just pictured them getting crunched up or ruined in the mail with all of the other stuff.

Confession: I wanted to do the seal and send, but I wanted to have an invite that would fit into the wedding collage frame that we recieved as a gift that's why I got the seperate and send invites!

Hahah. =P That's awesome. Yea, I mean I liked the design and wording a lot better for some of the seal and send styles. We technically broke etiquette by what our invites say on them. Both of our families are hosting. About 70% of the cost is being covered by his family and mine. Him and I are taking care of the rest on our own. I got all caught up on how to properly word the invites, that I had a discussion with both, his mom, and mine, and they looked at me and said; they could care less about what the invite says in regards to my parents hosting or mentioning both because of money. They want us to buy whatever invitation we like best. It made me feel a little better about it before I ordered them. =)
