    L-cheddar bacon chicken ranch casserole (405)
    S-popcorn (100) apple (80) clementines (70)
    D-sirloin steak (284) 1/2 c scalloped potatoes (140) 1 c frozen broccoli (30)

    E-walk for 20-30 minutes.  I'll be getting lost in my neighborhood, but need to map out a c25k route.

  • Oh now I really want an everything bagel with veggie cc, that's my favorite.  Even though I can't eat cc anymore....
    B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with strawberries
    L- aloo palak with rice ( potatoes with a curry spinach gravy)
    S- apple
    D- some marinated tofu with some quinoa
    S- not sure

    E- none, my friend is taking me to a bridal show tonight

    D- I dont know yet, FI is coming over for small group so he usually brings over dinner on Thursdays.

    L: Turkey sandwich w/ cheese (253c)

    D: Chicken cutlet sub w/ broccolli rabe (690c)

    E: 60 mins Bodypump (+442c)

    T = 1,792 - 442 = 1,021 net

    I'm thinking about just eating the chicken and broccolli rabe from the sub, and not eating the bread. That will bring dinner down to around 450c I think.

  • B:  scrambled egg+egg white, oat bran toast with raspberry preserves, small bowl of mixed fruit
    S:  sm. banana and PB
    L:  ST ckn/zucchini patty with homemade marinara, a little mozzarella, a few tortellini, a little bit of broccoli, and a small side salad.  all the sides were just random leftovers in the fridge.
    S:  if I'm hungry, blackberries and/or sm. navel orange
    D:  Papa Murphy's pizza, salad
    dessert:  a small piece of cake and punch at my students' piano recital tonight.

    E:  scrambling to fit in JM yoga before piano recital tonight!

    L: Salad bar with a friend + 1 hard boiled easter egg (~350? depends on what I get)
    S: Chobani 0% Strawberry (140 cal)
    D: Leftover Turkey Sloppy Joes on sandwich thin, kale/spinach side salad w/homemade balsamic dressing (515 cal)

    E: Yoga X (HRM: 525 cal)

However, this caused me to get sick (which has only happened one other time, in college!), and it was pretty much the worst night I've had in a while.
