  I'm from Cleveland. Depends on what type of things you are your friends are into.
  
  In the downtown Cleveland area W6th is always a very busy place in the summer. Or if you're into more of a relaxed type of a event you can go winery hopping which is also a fun thing to do on a summer night. Most wineries have live entertainment on the weekends. Or hit the Casino (the buffett there is amazing, not your typical buffet set up) gamble, then head over about 2-3 blocks & hit W6th for some partying & then head back & stay overnight at the hotel at the casino, don't forget to try your luck at the slots or tables.
  
  I'm not familiar with Akron area so can't give any recommendations there.
  
  For limo company, I only have experience with All Occasion Limo based out of Mentor Ohio. I've heard that they have some of the best rates. We used them for our wedding and were very very happy with service we got.
