  • Glad you're feeling better. Stomach bugs are the worst!

    L- Leftover tacos
    D- Going out to dinner with FI's mom and stepdad. They always take us to these really nice restaurants and I never know what I'm ordering. The last time I went to one of these nice places my FI convinced me to try his Foie Gras and the next day he decided to tell me what it was....I about killed him.

    I actually thought it was pretty good. If I don't know what it is before I eat it then I'm usually fine but if someone tells me what it is then I'm usually I little more hesitant.

    I googled it after FI told me what it was and apparently it has this huge controversy over it because of how it's prepared so I felt bad for eating it.

  • I was "against" foi gras . . . until I tired it. It is so good!  DH thinks I'm evil for liking it. 

    B: 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites scrambled with 1/2 cup baby spinach and 1T light cream cheese; 1/2 medium banana and 2tsp cashew butter, coffee (307 cal)
    S: 15 almonds, 2 prunes (154 cal)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/baby spinach and mayo on sandwich thin, carrots, strawberries (327 cal)
    S: 6oz Chobani 0% Strawberry (140 cal)
    D: Lentil soup, triscuts, maybe a couple egg whites (467 cal)
    S: 1 cup cottage cheese mixed with cocoa powder and stevia (220 cal)
