Re: Meal Plans

  • next week is super-busy, so everything is going to be really quick and easy.

Sat Lunch:  it's just me, so probably a salad with a leftover ST ckn/zucchini patty
Sat Dinner:  ST arroz con pollo, roasted asparagus

Sun Lunch:  eating at my mom's, she is making a ckn/artichoke WW casserole and I'm bringing a salad and CL asparagus with balsamic tomatoes.
    Sun Dinner:  tartines, snacky foods

Mon:  spicy caesar salad with grilled chicken breasts and garlic bread (for H)

Tues:  MS seared steak fajitas (with veggies), latin rice, pinto beans

Wed:  baked spicy-lemon pepper chicken with a Paleo broccoli/bacon salad, brown rice medley

    Thurs:  salad with chicken strips

Fri:  grabbing something on our way to perform at a benefit concert a couple hours away

  • km - link to recipe.

it is WONDERFUL...  the best time to make it is if you get fresh tomatoes, but sadly asparagus and tomatoes aren't in season together.  it is really good anyways.  I could just drink the sauce.

<div>My teeth are super sensitive because when I was a child I drank lemon juice (and vinegar, malt and balsamic) like it was water. I still have a pretty strong affinity for it. I was a strange child. Thanks for the recipe, though! I will pair it with something this weekend to try it out :)</div>

<div>Have you had acorn squash ravioli? It's decently labor-intesive as far as a dinner goes, but for special occasions it's friggin' incredible. Once you make it once, you cut your prep time WAY down.</div><div>

Wow this looks like a great site. I don't have a smart phone or anything so right now I'll stick to my paperlist method. I hate that I keep finding reasons why a smart phone would be a good idea.
