  I haven't seen THIS before.. BUT.. there are brides on the DIY forum that have talked to me about this before..
  
  No kit or anything, just told me how to do it.. I am not sure which way is the least expensive

  Nope! But you can paint the bottom of your shoes on your own.

  I have. Its just another way to make your shoes appear to have a colored bottom like Louboutin or Hermes shoes.
