    I said cupcakes because I love them most from your list.  BUT - cupcakes and cake may be overkill.  Caramel apples is probably my second choice because I don't get them but once a year. I'd leave the rest behind.

    I'm doing seeds for my October wedding.  I've seen DIYs for 'seed bombs', but I'm just ordering loose seeds, putting them in little baggies, attaching a card with our names/wedding date on the front and a "How to plant/What type of seeds" on the back of the card.

    Since I live in Texas I'm doing bluebonnets, and I'm looking for a purple wildflower seed to include as well (purple is one of our colors).

    This way, I'm giving something fun, but that gives back too.  :)

    I voted mini pies, cause it's different and interesting. Chocolate covered pretzels are my 2nd choice.

    The candy apple is a cool idea, but I hardly every actually EAT them. Plus, I think they are rather expensive ($8 an apple, I think, from research I remember)

    The seeds are a cool idea too.

    I agree with others - the seeds are a good idea.  What about something from your local area - like honey, or wine (St. Augustine has a few niche wine places) or something else that represents the area.

    I picked Candy Bar, but I think that I am confused.  Do you mean an actul candy bar or a candy buffet where I can pick my own candy?  Because I want to pick my own candy.

    I picked the apples also, but when I researched them for us they are a bit pricey, just a warning.  My 2nd choice was the chocolate covered pretzels, especially if you do them in a cute rustic baggy.

    I've gone through SOOO many ideas!

    Fans; Wine Stoppers; Bottle Openers (sensing an alcoholic theme here?  Yeah, I was too); Candles; Bottles of Wine; Bags of M&Ms that were personalized.  Heck, at one point I was thinking about getting some wine glasses and having my (very talented) sister personalize them somehow.

    All of those were do-able, but, none of them just screamed "PERFECT FOR ME!"

    You've gotta find what makes you happy and go with that!
