Thursday Accountability

B: Scrambled egg (1 whole, 1 white only) with diced ham, cheese and an english muffin.  coffee too  292 Cal.
L: NO idea yet, probably sliced chicken and cheese 
S: something before my work out
D: NO idea yet. Maybe fish? Maybe not?

E: I am meeting a friend at the gym and were doing legs, abs and a swim.

    S: Homemade chex mix, 1 cup- 160
    L: Leftover chicken parm- 285
    D: Not sure some sort of left overs, maybe Ill make a quesadilla-

    E: Hopefully the weather cooperates and I can run 3-4 miles. So far, no such luck.

    B: Protein bar, banana, and water: 290 cals
    L: Roasted red pepper and goat cheese sandwich with pasta salad: 458 cals
    S: Protein shake after work out (100 cals protein, 80 cals skim milk, 50 cals mixed berries): 230 cals
    D: Not sure, I'll finally be home, but FI is going to a baseball game tonight, so I'm on my own. Probably soup or some leftovers or something.

    E: Finally back at my own gym! So hopefully running 2-3 miles and then lifting some weights...seriously need to get my arms in better shape for my dress
  • B: Protein smoothie
    L: Salad with grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, homemade dressing
    S: Chobani bite yogurt, aple
    D: Fish if I can stomach it or grilled chicken

    E: Still on antibiotics for strep but feeling well enough to finally push more than walk/jog.  Planning bootcamp dvd and additional cardio.

    S: apple with peanut butter, 450 cal
    D: cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole 313 cal

  • UGH It looks like my only days to possible run on Fri, Sat, and Tues. They are calling for rain and/or snow all the other times.
