Where can I find a save the date template to use our childhood photos and engagement pics?

I am almost ready to do our save the dates. We want to use 3-5 photos, 2 of them will be one of each of us as a kid :) the other photo/s will be from our engagement pics. ... I love this idea, but it's hard to find the right template. Does anyone suggest a certain website or template? Thank you

    Shutterfly has some great templates that include multiple photos.

    If either you or your FI are any good with the computer, you can design your own using a simple program like PowerPoint.

    For our save the dates, I found a picture of one I liked online and made our own version using PowerPoint.

    I saved as a .jpeg image (Plenty of google and youtube tutorials out there for saving powerpoints as jpegs in the proper resolution and size). We printed as a 4x6 matte photo for free when Shutterfly ran a 101 free prints sale (sign up for their email sale alerts if you haven't already)

    We then glued the photos to some cardstock, put in an envelope and (with postage) it was 50 cents apiece.
