I have been working every night until 11pm this week due to a large webinar I was running. Whew---so glad that is over!
My dress is in and I'm going for a try-on on Saturday. As some of you may remember, I'm the one who bought her dress a size too small. When I lost weight a few years ago, I had a tailor with a very good reputation take in some of my clothes and thought they looked awful. So, since I was a bit bigger than I'd been in a while due to throwing nutrition and exercise to the wind because I was moving, I ordered a size down. I knew I would lose weight and wanted the store tailor to do as little as possible.
I would never recommend this to anyone. I did not take into account how slow weight loss/inches lost can be when you are not overweight. Here are my stats and I hope they are right and the dress fits!
Dress measurements:
-bust: 36
-waist: 28
-hips: 39.5
My measurements when the store measured me in December:
-bust: 35
-waist: 28.25
-hips: 40
When the trainer measured me a few days later (the slight mismatch concerns me; I obviously didn't lose or gain any inches in a few days):
-bust: 33
-waist: 28.5
-hips: 39.5
Today's measurements:
-bust: 33
-waist: 26.5
-hips: 37.25
Wish me luck, please!
