  I believe its 30 days at least I know it is in VA, each state has difference requirements, check your city hall or county seat's website

  We're Getting Married Friday. Just Got Our License Yesterday. That's Md. You Have Up Until Two Days Before Because The Marriage License Isn't Good Until Two Days After You Get It.

  In Atlanta a marriage license is good forever, literally, so you can get it anytime monday throgh Friday, lol, even if it's 2 years before.

  Depends on the state. In Maryland, you can get your as early as 6 months in advance, up until 2 days before. We got ours exactly one month out.
