Wednesday accountability

I guess we should get used to posting these now, since RDR will surely be preoccupied with her WEDDING THIS WEEKEND and then her amazing HM! :)

T: 716 - 509 = 207 ... that gives me 1,000 calories. I think I'll treat myself to a Coke this a.m. (-160c) and we're staying in for dinner so I should be in good shape.

    Yeah, I'm still trying to keep my protein around 45-50% of my calories per day.
    For example, this is toady:

     It has been going pretty well. DH and I went camping last weekend though and all that ratio stuff went out the window for about 2.5 days. So I'm not sure I'll see great results yet. It is really expensive to eat this way, so I'm not sure how long I'll do it for. I'm hoping to do 2 more weeks and then revert back to a 35-40% protein.
