    I don't mind sharing at all.  I don't know if I got lucky or maybe May is less popular than other months but it happened much quicker than I anticipated.  I had a group of about 20 people ready to call at 8:30.  (Well they started at about 8:28 just in case lol) Once Heinz opens at 8:30 a recording answers saying to hold and your call will be answered in the order it is received.  I had my friends and family ready with all of the information that the website says they will need, including my credit card information.  (That was a little nerve racking... Granted I trust my family and friends but that makes you very vulnerable lol) One of my friends got through within 2 minutes, literally. The gentleman took the information and said he would mail me a packet to sign and send back.  We were off of the phones within 10 minutes.  Now, I don't know if that is the norm... But the more people calling on your behalf the better :) I made a game out of it and offered up a secret prize to the person that got through.  Made it a little more fun :)  Good luck to you!!!  :)

    Thank you so much!! I'm so happy you got the date you wanted and that the process was (relatively) painless :) I'll be calling October 1st, so hopefully it goes as smoothly for me!
