It's a beautiful day here! FI is coming home tonight, just for the night and then he's back on the early train tomorrow. He's getting really sick of being in hotels, so we're starting the countdown to June 2nd!

We went on Monday and rescued all my perennials from the old house (the new tenants are already trashing the backyard), so now I need to build gardens and get everything in the ground. I would've left them there if the new people would've taken care of them, but I hate to see things go to waste.

    Angel--You beat me to it! We must have started writing at the same time :)

    We have had beautiful weather here the past few days...finally! Our engagement pictures are this Sunday so I've been nervous about the weather especially considering we had flooding here just 2 weeks ago. I have my final, second interview this afternoon for my dream job!!!! Hoping this morning doesn't drag so I start getting nervous. Please send some knottie vibes my way...they worked after the first interview! FSIL's 21st birthday is today so we are going out for drinks tonight. Overall a pretty good day!

    Good luck with the interview! I can't wait to do our engagement pictures,we're probably going to do them in June. Where are you doing yours? We're thinking that half of the shoot will be at a historic mill close to my parents house and the other half at my grandparents' golf course. My grandparents have owned it since the 70s (way before golf was cool) and are in the process of selling it so they can finally retire. I think the photos done there will give me some great memories to hold on to.

    Love both of your location ideas! I bet some historic mills shots would look fantastic in black and white! I am also partial to black and white pictures...And the golf course would be a great tribute to your grandparents too.

    We have a few locations picked out actually. First at the golf course FI basically grew up at and his mom now manages. The clubhouse is plantation style and this have this amazing old bridge over a creek in the woods. We also want to visit a canal by our house...it has more bridges, walking paths and railroad tracks. Family friends own land in woods and they have an really cool old barn. They live on "Lover's Lane" and have a sign so we thought that would be neat as a prob for pictures. Finally FI wants to get just a couple taken in front of our house with the dog. Since it probably won't be big enough to live there forever we want the memories of the first house we ever bought.

    Good luck on the interview :) Great ideas for the pictures ladies :) We still have not even began to decide where to have pictures taken or anything as we are gonna be moving soon and have a lot of things on our plates as it is. I was thankful for my day off yesterday and am looking forward to at least a few more because I hardly ever get them from both the pharmacy and the businesses. FI's sister is getting married next Friday and we are taking a trip down there so hopefully with luck I can sleep in the care for a spell...  That reminds me... I still have to get a dress for her wedding... Eeep!

    Morning ladies!  Our weather has been gorgeous here too!  We even had a thunderstorm on Monday, which I loved. (Southern Idaho is desert.  Rain = yay!).

    Crossing my fingers for you rel!  Both on the photos and the job!  We got our engagement photos done at our local botannical garden last spring.  I phone stalked them until the wysteria bloomed, and drug my photographer out there at the height of the bloom.  And because I loved the pics, Imma brag and post one :P
