  The only thing I question about putting the exact times of pickup...what if you have no guests at St Julien who are utilizing the shuttle, etc. Also, make sure you indicate that the shuttle is optional. DH & I like to drive ourselves places, and the way you worded it made it seem like the shuttle is sort of required.

  To reserve a seat, please specify your interest in the shuttle and the hotel you will be staying at when you RSVP.

  I will put the time the shuttle is picking them up on an info sheet in their guest bag.

  Please don't drink and drive...an optional shuttle will arrive between 5:15 and 5:30 to pick up guests from the following hotels and take you to the rehearsal:

  Boulder Marriott, St Julien, and Hotel Boulderado. 
  
  To reserve a seat, please specify your interest in the shuttle and the hotel you will be staying at when you RSVP.

  
  

  For local residents, parking is available at the hotels if you would also like to take the shuttle.

  Yes.
  
  Adults know what the purpose of a shuttle is. Adults also know how to arrange to have a DD.
