Save the dates

If my wedding is in October, when is the latest you would think I could still send save the dates. We arent doing pictures until June so we wondered if 3 months before was even worth it?

you usually do invites (it says 3 months out) but we did ours 6 weeks. I wouldnt even do save the dates, it saves money and we just let people who were traveling out of state and country know our date as soon as we set it.

i used paperless post as save the dates which was a lot cheaper and gave everyone our website info
