  There are two boardwalk locations on deerfield beach, you can rent.  Beachfront, but not in the sand.  
  
  
  check with the city of a beach area you like, most beaches you can pull a permit to have a ceremony.

  I like the Wyndham in Deerfield Beach if you are looking for a place to also have the reception after the beach ceremony, and there are also other hotels in Deerfield or Ft. Lauderdale depending on how much you wanna spend....Also, the Delray Beach Marriott is beautiful if it is in your price range and I also love the Highland Beach Holiday Inn Oceanside.....it really depends on you budget and what you want....if you are just looking for a ceremony, you can contact the city...
