Guests with Guests and Children

Any advice on how to address an inner envelope for an invitee bringing guests AND the invitee's child/children?  

I can't seem to find this situation addressed anywhere.

    I would address the inner envelope as:

    Jane and Guest
    Sally and Jimmy
