i need advice.

I just tried on my dress and it is to big now .(not complaing) when i got it it fit perfectly but have lost 13 pounds and started exercising. I did soming to my back and im afraid to excersie for fear of making it worse. if i dont excersie i will gain the weight back . i dont know how to keep it off and heal my back at the same time. any suggestion would be helpful.

    I would suggest going to see a physical therapist- this would both help your back feel better, and they will be able to guide you in what exercises you should and shouldn't do while having your back pain.  This way you will get to stay active and also not be in pain. Other than that, track your food.  A lot of people on here use sites like myfitnesspal.com to help track calories.  This way you won't be going over what your body needs while you are in a less active than usual state.

    thanks i will check out that site. im just discourage rigt now bot will go to er or doc to find out whats wrong..
