The bridal salon you bought your dress from closes it's door days before your wedding????

My dress shop did close after I ordered my dress; however they handeled it extremely professionally. The owner was having her first child, and since the economy isn't great, she decided it was the best decision. She notified everyone by phone,email, and mail, and made sure all of the dresses that had been ordered came in and were able to be picked up. She also gave us names and numbers of different seamstresses that have worked at the shop that we could contact to help with alterations. I am meeting with a seamstress this Friday, and everything has gone well.

Edit: I just wanted to add that after seeing it mangaged so professionally, I can't imagine a store just closing and doing that to someone who gave you business. I feel horrible for those brides!
