  Last week we made the final venue payment. (yay!) We also lost and found a ceremony musician.
  
  This week I'm hoping to see my dad (DJ & Officiant) and go over the wedding script and the special dances at the wedding. I also want to replace the flower girl baskets I returned yesterday, buy rose petals and get one of the girls in to have a fitting.
  
   Next week is my big week. I have to travel to my hometown 3 times next week for appointments with the dermatologist, photographer, decorator, alterations lady (my hero), and the final venue appointment.

  Fi and I are getting our marriage license, and will be calling or messaging anyone who didn't RSVP yet, as today is our cut off date. We need to give our numbers and 50% of what we owe to the venue next week

  We mailed in the deposit for our caterer the other day. I also had a few calls with our caterer and venue coordinator to go over a few more day-of details. Last night, I boxed up most of our decorations and stuff we'll need for the day of the wedding and labeled everything. Our last groomsman got measured for his tux this weekend, and all of my bridesmaids now have their dresses in their possession. I also got a sweet sequined dress to wear to my bachelorette party this weekend. Oh, and I baked and froze 25 dozen chocolate chip cookies for our cookie table. Up next is scheduling my final dress fitting, more cookie baking, making the final payment on our venue, and printing out signage and table numbers.

  So much done, so much left to do!
  
  We ordered the rest of the stuff for our candy buffet, the candy at least, I need to get two scoops and one set of tongs for the unwrapped stuff, everything else is individually wrapped.  We're working on the seating and the set up of the area, not an easy task since there are so many outstanding RSVP's, and today is the cut off.  I'm going to check the mail, and then let the wannabe nasty-grams begin!  (seriously, there's a self addressed envelope with a stamp, what is the big deal about sending it in on time?)
  
  Still working on centerpieces, I just called to confirm my son's tux.  I'm waiting to hear the final number for our balance from the caterer.  We've already paid off the venue and the florist, so things are moving along.

  My bachelorette party is this weekend!!! I'm so excited.  We are doing separate day activities (girls and boys) and then both parties (Bachelor and Bachelorette) will meet up at the end of the night at one of FI and mine favorite country bars   We really need this fun break!  Work has been stressful, so lets all hope the week finishes smoothly so my FI is not crabby this weekend thinking about work!
  
  Also, my final dress fitting is on Sunday--so lets hope it fits still
  
  Other that, this past weekend I had my hair trial and it was perfect.  They also did my makeup, which I loved too--so they told me if I hired their MUA to help with hair, they would do my make up for free for the wedding!  A deal I could not resist, so I need to cancel my original MUA.  This weekend we also finalized the rehearsal dinner details with FMIL, so that was a big check!
  
  Just tracking down the final late rsvp's.  Gave them a final deadline of next Fri.
  
  All that is left is to finalize seating chart and make the escort and table cards.
