I'm looking for some information about getting the marriage license. I know there is a 72 hr waiting period without marriage counseling but that's it. We are getting married in Kyle TX. I guess I'm wondering, do we get it from Kyle or can we get it from Bexar county? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have to get it in the county in which you are getting married.

What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

A formal marriage license can be obtained from any county in Texas and the marriage can be performed anywhere.
