Courtyard Ceremony in the Winter

I am looking for a NYE date in the French Quarter and would like to do the ceremony in a covered (maybe w/heaters) courtyard.  Has anyone ever seen or heard of a venue doing this during the winter?

    French Quarter on nye is busiest time of year because of nye Sugarbowl. If it were me, i would stay away from fq on nye. Parking is restricted, very crowded and you may have a hard time finding a venue at a reasonable price.

    I wanted a NYE wedding, but after reviewing prices of venues (they go WAY UP) hotel prices, flights, etc...we decided to change. The quarter is INSANE on NYE! Fun though! :)
