Monday Accountability

Morning ladies! I gained 2.4 lbs in the 2 weeks I was off getting married and playing in Africa. I'd like to work on getting rid of that now! 

B: Banana (105), high-fiber oatmeal (160)
S: Apple (72) with LC blue cheese (25)
L: Healthy Choice Beef Strips Portabella (280)
D: Leftover pizza (500) because H and I were lazy and didn't go food shopping yesterday and I won't have a car to go tonight :(

    T: 790c before afternoon snack and dinner. I should be fine. But it's 9:20a and I'm already starving!!

    B: Piece of toast with strawberry jam (150)
    S: Mixed frozen fruit - strawberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, peaches, ~1 cup (120)
    L: Turkey pepperoni and asiago cheese on crackers, cranberries and pineapple, one piece of chocolate (300)
    D: Pork chops, veggies, and probably a small sweet potato. (~263)

    E: Weights/abs. My shins are acting up :(

    Total: ~823.  I'm leaving early, so I'll add an afternoon snack, and there will probably be some evening munching.

    L:  Mediterranean Ham Wrap (except I forgot my kalamata olives, WAH!):  WW naan with thin sliced cheese, 2.5 oz ham, white bean hummus with hot sauce mixed in, lettuce from the garden (~370; small peach (31); strawberries (18)
    S:  1 c. fresh cherries (113); 85% dark chocolate (115)
    D:  CL honey brushed spicy ckn thighs (335) with CL lemony snap peas (69)

    I ate half a pizza on Saturday night. And drank a crap ton of booze. And then ate some more. So I'm a walking balloon today. 

    B: 1 egg + 2/3 cup egg whites, 1oz roast beef, 2tbsp fat free cheddar, 2/3 cup baby spinach scrambled together with some salsa, ww English muffin spread with 1/4 avocado, coffee (418)
    S: 1oz almonds, 2 prunes (220)
    L: turkey and Swiss w/mayo and baby spinach on sandwich thin, carrots, nectarine (out of season but I couldn't resist) (364)
    S: 1 cup LF cottage cheese, strawberries (185)
    D: Grilled/baked chicken breast, asparagus, sweet potato (309)
    S: Yogurt flavored with stevia and cocoa powder, more strawberries (150)

    E: Chest, shoulders and triceps + ab ripper x (HRM: 640)
