Vermilion-on-the-Lake Historic CC Capacity Question

I just saw online that Happy Days Lodge has a 4,000 sq ft. great room and fits 180, while the Vermilion-on-the-Lake Historic Community Center has a 50x76 (3,800 sq ft) main room and supposedly fits 200+.  My fiancé and I were originally planning on ~180 guests, but are now looking at ~200 guests and want to have the full dance floor, so I'm trying to figure out if we need to look at other options (we're not getting married until next May so it's not an emergency, just trying to plan ahead).

 

If your venue is/was the VOL HCC, how many guests did you/are you planning on having, and how was the venue size in relation?  Thanks!

    I am getting married there June 28 & my list is at 241. I have seen it set up for 220+ with plenty of room!

    I did see it set up for 185 no including the head table and there was still a good size dance floor.  Basically as wide as the stage and the full width of the hall.  Hope this helps.
