Hi Ladies! I'm looking for some hair and makeup people that can come to me and the bp on the morning of the wedding. We are getting married in downtown Boston. I've already looked into Special Event Beauty, so I'm looking for some other suggestions of people to use. They dont have to be from the same salon or group, or anything like that, just people that you had a good experience with :-)! Thank you!!

    Gina was wonderful to work with...her website really doesn't do her justice :)

    Sam & Robin from Girly Junk...so much fun to have around while we got ready, it felt like family! There is actually a picture on their website with me and my sisters...

    Both have pricing that is very reasonable and didn't include an extra travel fee. I did trials with other vendors before choosing these two -- and I'm so happy I did! They both traveled to me at the hotel where I got ready and also did my BMs as well...GL with your planning

    Hair rec only: my long-time hairdresser opened her own business: KellyMarieHair. I've been going to her for years and if my next haircut at my current place doesn't go well, I'll be following her to Brookline.

    I am using Grace Mahoney of Blushing Brides. She does both hair and make up and has a lot of difference packages and pricing that would be able to work with anyones budget. She travels to where ever you are and doesn't charge a travel fee unless it is over 25 miles.

    I second Caitlin Murphy.  She did the best makeup I've ever had done.  I changed my hairstyle, so I  need another trial, but I loved what she did for my hair at the time as well.

    She did my wedding in Downtown Boston a few weeks ago and was above and beyond what I had expected.  I was blown away with her patience as I am very difficult and still did not know what I wanted that morning.  She also did my bridesmaids and everyone looked beautiful....
