I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this here, but I'm looking for some thoughts:
I have a close girlfriend who is turning 40 this year. Some other
friends of hers are throwing her a surprise party the day of her
birthday, and a group of us are also going hiking for a surprise weekend
getaway in the mountains a few weeks after her birthday. So, my
question is: what is a nice 40th birthday gift for someone? She's into:
the outdoors, x-country skiing, hiking, mountains, living green, cats,
anything African themed, traveling, chocolate. I was thinking of a $40
gift card from MEC (an outdoorsy store), but she's also an usher at my and FH's wedding, and I
got her a gift card for an outdoor store for that. Thanks in advance!!
