I'm actually surprised there are as many people on this board as there are already! I've been over in the 2013 boards for awhile, but FI and I decided to push it back a year so I can graduate college (Middle Grades Ed) and so we aren't living off one teacher's salary for the first year.
Let's see, we are an online dating success story! We met in May of 2010 and started seriously dating in June of 2010. We've been wanting to get engaged for awhile, but he didn't have the money saved up to buy a ring.
I can't wait to share ideas and get to know everyone!

    DIY is the most awesome thing ever. I'm actually a Dec 2014 bride but there's not anyone on my board yet. I have a $5000 budget for 150 guests and 27 people in the wedding party so I am DIYing almost everything!!!

    It's great to have this much time to plan that way you can experiment with your DIY projects and fix or redo some if necessary.

    How?!! I am having about 120 guests with 4 adults in WP and 3 children. How are you staying in a $5000 budget? FI and I added up venue, attire (just for us), rings, officiant fee, license fee, photo/video, caterer and we are at $5500     before all of my DIY decor. Any help for staying in budget? What all are you DIY-ing?
