ticker help

Hello,

I'm sorry if this was already discussed... I did a quick search of past posts and didn't see anything.

With the change in format, my old ticker is back and I can't seem to change it. Is there a new way to do this?

@KnotPorscha had to forward my issue to production people to get mine fixed. If you look in the thread about the new look to the board, or board changes are here...something like that, you will see the suggestions and what ended up working for mine.

@kwitherington @giaspo If you are both still having trouble with updating your signature through Account Options, please PM me the copy and html code that you'd like to use and we'll have the tech team give it a try for you.
