We have to find servers for our wedding. We got a quote for about 18/hr for a minimum of 4 hours which is fine. I'm just wondering if this is a good price? We need about 4 servers and probably for a little longer. Any one have any recommendations? Also, is it okay to ask the servers if they can clean up the venue (kitchen area/pack dishes/gather trash) after the wedding?

    i met a woman the other day who offered her name/number for just this situation.  She does this on the side.  She said they charge $20 and hour and clean up.

    sounds reasonable to me.  and definately ask for them to clean up.  don't want to do garbage patrol in your wedding dress.
