Today, two weeks away from my wedding a local make up artist Toni Hardmon cancelled on me. Leaving me to find another artist after taking my money for the initial consultation. Toni was disorganized with information that I had given her several times in writing. When I expressed my frustration with her lack of organization, she became abrupt and unprofessional. She finished our conversation by telling me she would not be providing the service. I am/was devastated!
