Workout Accountability: Wednesday

Good morning!

Last night I lifted and did the elliptical and some ab exercises.  Today is a much needed rest day, especially after the awful night's sleep I had.  So tired right now....

I hope you all have more energy than me today!

  • I lifted yesterday and ran 3 miles today.  I am planning on yoga tomorrow and maybe a mid-distance run tomorrow after work depending on how my toe feels.

    Get some sleep Jude!!  You earned a rest day for sure :)

    Last night was a 4 mile run.  Today I'm hoping to just do a quick and easy elliptical routine to get my muscles warmed up to do some lifting and abs.  I need to cut the gym time a little shorter to finish getting my STDs together.

    Ugh, you and me both.  I think I may just leave this for the weekend; I really don't have it in me to address all those envelopes tonight.

  • Did 75 minutes on my bike last night, started to do a bit of free weights but apparently my arm muscles need a break. Hoping they'll be ready for some more lifting at the gym tonight!

    Nice job ladies :)

    Got in 55 mins of cardio this morning! I had to dash out 5 mins early because I got up a little late and needed to get home to shower before work. Tomorrow is spin class!

  • heyjude23, just had to say I LOVE your siggy!  My 13 year old is a HUGE Doctor Who fan.  Everything he got for Christmas this year was Doctor Who, giant 3D Tardis, magazine subscription, hoodie, encyclopedia, first 3 episodes ever on DVD, books, he was in heaven! :)

  • I can't wait to get home and do a Zumba for the Kinect class + 30DS. It's the end of the semester, so I have a million kids coming to my room after school to make up work and see how they can save their grades. Taking a break right now from my grading session--it's killing me!

    I am slowly, but surely, getting better at the plank moves in 30DS, but usually my arms are quaking by the end.

    A co-worker lost her house in a fire last week, so we signed up to bring in dinners for her. My turn is tomorrow, so I have to make veggie chili & cornbread tonight. One of her department members set up a schedule at www.takethemameal.com which is the first time I've ever seen that site. It's a pretty great tool if you're ever in need of creating a meal schedule for someone, but it's such a shame that we had to create it under these tragic circumstances.

  • 45 minutes on treadmill, then weights and abs. Felt pretty good! I really want some definition in my arms by July.
