hair/make-up recs - New Orleans

So I'm getting married in New Orleans and would love any advice when looking for a person to do hair and make-up for myself and my wedding party on the big day. One of my BM's does wear her hair natural. I also have one BM who is white so I have a little bit of variety. Any suggestions?
