I really like the SmArt Space at 78th St studios, but I'm worried about a full 'DIY' style venue in regards to setup and breakdown of tables/ chairs/ center pieces/ decorations. Have any brides used them or a similar style hall? Did you use a wedding coordinator and if so who? I'd love to have our wedding somewhere other than an 'typical' event space, but the logistics of pulling it off are worrying me...
