Best Thickening, Non-Flaking Waterproof Mascara?

Hey, All,

So, I bought Maybelline's volume express in waterproof, but just the other day I got a little teary eyed (happy tears) and it totally smudged! I really don't want that happening on the big day, which is now only 19 days away! Panic is maybe too strong a word when I saw the smudges, but I really need some advice! 

I would prefer a grocery store brand, but if the absolute best mascara is $30, I'd consider it. I already wear NARS blush and Laura Mercier concealer because of my very sensitive skin, and when you're on a budget, that stuff adds up!

My ideal mascara would be thickening and dramatic, and not flake off (I wear contacts). I have a really good make-up remover, so how hard it is to come off is not an issue. 

Please help if you can: what is the best waterproof mascara?

    I started using Dior Show Mascara 7 years ago and it's the only mascara I'll use to this day. It's $25 so it is on the pricier end. 

    Do you have a Sephora or Ulta near you? You could go in for a consultation and discuss what you're looking for with them.
