We are from NY looking into a destination wedding in South FLorida. We have narrowed down 4 out of 9 resorts: Trump International in Sunny Isles, Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura, Boca Resort and Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. We are weighing out our pros/cons taking in every option for us and guests as in cost, convenience, activities, transportation, etc...
Our top 2 right now is Boca Resort and Turnberry. We are highly familiar with the Boca Resort, however, Turnberry Isles upon our search there are NO reviews of prior weddings. The hotel reviews were great but having food importance rank high on our list we're a little worried. We understand the hotel went through some changes recently but we're uncertain if we can be confident in booking knowing if changes are still continuing and what not.
My question to anyone who is a South Florida resident (or not but who has experienced this resort) is HOW IS THE FOOD? Any and all reviews on WEDDINGS in particular. We are 2 Italian NYers who LOVE our food. lol any and all info would help alot. Thank you.
input on any of our other venues would be helpful as well..
