Wondergirldress.com - Flower Girl Dresses

Has anyone used Wondergirldress.com to purchase their flower girl dresses?  I found out about them from the knot but just want to make sure they aren't a scam.  No one has left reviews for any of their products.  Any info would be great! Thanks!

They appear to be a USA based dress manufacturer.  They don't appear to be a knockoff site, since the pictures appear to be their own.  I looked at scamadvisor and they got a decent rating.  I am not endorsing them, b/c I don't know anything about them that I didn't just find online, but they don't appear to be shady.  Check out the BBB, they might have more info.

FYI, the site appears to be relatively new, if that means anything to you.

They also have a normal returns policy, which is usually a good sign.

Are we looking at the same return policy?  It appears that the opposite is true.  This is what I saw:

"You may return new items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of Wonder Girl's error.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window of 30 days after return confirmation.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; you can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

For special cases, please don't hesitate to contact us."

I don't get the state of Washington thing either, but the return policy looked ok to me.

ETA: You know what-they're probably incorporated in the state of WA. That happens a lot. A lot of major companies are incorporated in the state of DE to take advantage of tax laws, so that might be why.
