Love getting all of my rsvps!!! But what to do about my parents next door neighbor who replied adding her 5 kids? The invite was clearly addressed to Angie and Ben

    I've seen this problem a lot. Call them and politely explain that it was your intent to only invite them. Some people use the "excuse" of the venue max capacity or room capacity to make it easier.

    Too funny!  This happened to us too.  One of DH's cousins RSVPd that she was bringing 10 other family members! 10!! (her adult kids, their spouses, etc) .  My wonderful in-laws called them and told them that it was a no go.  We didn't have enough room for anyone other than the two people listed on the invitation.

    I should add - my MIL volunteered to call since they had been invited at DH's parents' request.
