Anyone else wearing a sweater with their dress?

I first saw this new trend on Pinterest and fell in love with the idea, especially since I'm having an outdoor wedding in October.  Anyone else?

    I had a shawl made for my dress, but I ended up not wearing it. I was married on an island and thought the evenings would be cooler, but I ended up changing into my dinner dress earlier than I thought.

    I made an alencon lace bolero to wear over my dress, but only because I have the "chicken skin arm dangly thing", LOL.

    I've seen brides with really nice sweaters and they are cute. Plus, you'll then have a part of your wedding day attire to wear later.
