PSA - Gown sale in Raleigh - XP on Raleigh board

This weekend (Friday and Saturday) at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh there is a Brides Against Breast Cancer gown sale.

BABC is part of the Making Memories foundation, their mission is to grant wishes, including memory-making events, for metastic breast cancer patients, while continuing to support , educate and increase resource awareness.

Have you ever heard of the make a wish foundation? Think of it as similar to that.

I bought my dress at this event last year, it was a great experience and I was so happy with my dress (and the price!).  If you register for the Friday morning champagne brunch I'll see you there!  My friend and I will be volunteering there at that time.

    Thanks for sharing this pirate! I got my gown already but I have a few friends who are looking so I'll definitely pass this along. PS I feel weird calling you pirate, lol
