Finally! It took way longer than I thought it would take with a lot of low points, but I have a venue! It has almost everything we were looking for. Convenient for our in-town guests, outdoor ceremony site with trees, character and charm, indoor option in case of rain, end time at midnight. I felt like I was looking for a needle in a haystack and it ended up being just on the other side of the hills from my fiance's family. My mom and I drove up today to look at it and reserved it the spot.
