Best Beach House Venues?

That don't cost a million dollars (insert sarcasm) to rent? Oceanfront would be nice. I would want to have the ceremony and reception there. Up to 100 guests. Thanks gals :)

    We are getting married at The Mark Twain House in September of this year. It's an 18 bedroom in Corolla. We have been there many times to visit and it's stunning! Regardless of weather, you could host the ceremony and reception indoors. There is plent of space so a back-up plan if the weather is bad is one less thing to worry about. The 4x4 area does make it tricky for transportaiton, but there are shuttles and other options. We have 38 people staying in the house with us, so it equates to $200 per person for the entire week. Pretty inexpensive given the area, date and size :-) When we were looking at houses though, we looked at "The Dream" "The Hemmingway" and "Crazy Horse". Good Luck!!!

    How did you find the Mark Twain House and reserve it? Did you go through a planner?
