He has cycling gear that's way more atrocious than what's pictured in my OP. Taking that into consideration, and having encountered him at least twice, I'd say the man answers to no one but himself regarding hair and wardrobe choices.

I've also seen way less outrageous men rocking chrome domes and ponytails. Denial isn't just a river in Egypt.

ETA: The man legally renamed himself "Biker Fox." How much more proof of crazy do you guys need.
