Colors incorporating wood

I have no idea what wedding colors to use. I really want to incorporate a wood cake stand and a wood slab for the guests to sign. Ill prob use the white linen table clothes that the venue supplies but I do not know what napkin colors... Really any other colors to use. My grandparents are carvers so I def want to involve this in the reception.

Wood is a neutral color, so really, anything would "go". But, if you want to stay with a theme, you can use oranges, greens an other earthtones.

I agree, wood is a neutral. All colors work with it. What kind of feeling do you want your wedding to have? Glamorous, country, garden, etc?

I'm leaning towards softer colors. I've always been drawn to rustic but all the venues in my price range are more hall like. I hope that wood items will look ok. I'm not really into dark colors or green or red.

I was thinking gray or black bridesmaid dresses.

If you're worried about how it would look, take a few branches to a nursery or flower shop. Place the branches next to the flowers you're interested in. It will look great.

Depending on what season your wedding is I would go wih nuetral colors for example if it was summer a pale yellow and light blue would go nicely or if it was winter a darker red or navy with maybe a little gold would be good as well it's all about the tones of your colors u can have a super bright color like orange but just tone it down by going with something in the family of the color
